GUIDE / GETTING STARTED

How to use the ZentBuy spreadsheet

Move from a category to a product page, then check the current listing before you decide.

Start with the kind of item you want

Open a category from the homepage. Each category leads to its own product list, so you can compare shoes with shoes or jackets with jackets. The cards show a preview image, a reference price and whether historical QC images are available. Open a card for the local product page; a card is only a starting point for comparison.

If you already know the shape, colour or use you want, keep those details in mind while browsing. A low-top shoe and a bulky running shoe can both appear under sneakers, yet answer very different needs. Narrowing by the feature you care about makes the next checks faster.

Read the product page as a comparison sheet

Look at the main image, title, category, reference price and size hints together. Scroll to the historical QC section for additional angles. A saved photo may show another colour, size or earlier order, so compare visible details rather than treating it as a preview of your exact item.

Keep two or three promising pages open and note one reason for each choice: a clearer product image, a more useful set of QC angles or a better match for your preferred style. If the title and image disagree, or a size chart is missing, mark that as a question to resolve on the live listing.

Check the live listing before continuing

The button on each product page opens its destination listing in a new tab. Confirm that the product, selected option, stock and current price match what you intended to view. Choose the size again there; the sizes shown here are only a snapshot. A link can also change or stop working after this catalog was updated.

Read the option names carefully, especially when a listing combines several colours or models. If the destination page shows a different product, do not rely on the saved reference price or photographs. Any purchase or payment happens on the destination site.

Compare the complete cost

The reference price is the item price captured for this catalog. It excludes international shipping and possible domestic delivery, service, payment or import charges. Two items with similar prices can have very different parcel costs if one is heavy or bulky. Use the shipping and fees guide to build a realistic comparison.

Before you leave your shortlist

Save the exact product links and the option you want. Then check the destination site's order, storage, return and shipping terms before committing. This small step makes it easier to revisit your choices if the listing changes or a later parcel quote is higher than expected.

Frequently asked questions

Can I check out on this site?

No. This catalog is for discovery and comparison. Ordering and payment happen on the destination site.

Why does a saved price differ from the live listing?

The catalog records a reference price at one point in time. Recheck the current option and amount before paying.
