Start the clock at the right event

ZentBuy’s detailed storage notice starts the ordinary storage period when an order changes to “Warehoused.” It gives a 90-day period for regular purchased or forwarded parcels. Record that status date for every item you plan to consolidate; a later purchase has its own arrival and deadline.

The notice treats an abnormal or unmatched parcel differently. Its 30-day period begins when the warehouse signs for the package, even if it has not been matched to your account. If a forwarding parcel is not showing under your orders, contact support with its tracking number and proof of delivery promptly.

Do not rely on an extension without checking it

ZentBuy’s homepage advertises storage of up to 120 days with the first 90 days free, while its detailed storage notice says a regular parcel is treated as abandoned if no waybill or feedback is received within 90 days. These descriptions do not explain the same deadline in the same way. Before planning to hold goods beyond day 90, check the current warehouse screen and ask support whether a paid extension is available for that exact item.

Act before the deadline

For regular parcels, the storage notice says an email reminder is sent near expiry. It also says that a parcel with no shipping instruction or response by the stated deadline may be treated as abandoned and disposed of. Unmatched parcels have a shorter window and the notice does not promise a reminder for them. Set your own reminder, review your items’ inspection records and submit the waybill or resolve the issue before the earliest deadline.

Keep a record for each parcel

A useful storage record has four dates: the seller’s dispatch, the warehouse’s signed receipt, the “Warehoused” status and your planned waybill submission. The first two dates can explain a delivery or matching problem; the third is the starting point named in the ordinary storage rule. Save the carrier tracking number, item title and any warehouse reference alongside them. If the item is unmatched, these details give support a way to locate it before its shorter period runs out.

When several items are being combined, sort the list by the earliest warehouse deadline rather than by the most recent order. If one item needs a return decision or an extra inspection, resolve that question while there is still time to submit a waybill for the rest. A reminder email is useful, but it should not be your only calendar.

Separate custody from product shelf life

The warehouse notice discusses the safety and custody of stored goods. It does not extend the usable life of food, cosmetics or another time-sensitive item. Check expiry dates and shipping eligibility separately. If you place an order through a different site reached from this catalog, use that site’s current storage rules for your order.
