Check service restrictions before a purchase
ZentBuy’s prohibited-products notice covers goods it may refuse to purchase or handle. The examples include controlled drugs and precursors, tobacco products and e-cigarettes, alcohol, explosives and dangerous chemicals, firearms and imitation weapons. Regulated medical devices and some products intended for unlawful use are also listed. The published examples are not a complete or permanent list.
Look beyond obvious hazardous goods
The same notice also identifies protected wildlife and plant products, certain currency or collectibles, prohibited media, gambling equipment, and counterfeit or pirated goods. Some supplements and herbal products may be restricted. Branding or an attractive listing image does not settle intellectual-property rights, export eligibility or destination-country import rules. If an item’s status is unclear, ask the service before paying.
Check the shipment as well as the item
A service may decline a purchase before it reaches the warehouse, or a carrier may reject a parcel later because of its contents, packing or destination. Confirm the exact model and contents, including batteries, liquids or powders, with the current shipping provider. A route accepting one version of a product does not guarantee another version is eligible.
Resolve an unclear item before building a parcel
Start with the exact product, not a broad category name. A device may have an installed battery, a loose spare battery or no battery; those are materially different contents for a carrier to assess. A cosmetic may be a solid, liquid or aerosol. Ask the provider about the precise version, quantity and packaging you intend to ship. Keep its response with the item record before combining it with unrestricted goods.
There are three separate questions to settle: will the buying service handle the product, will a route carry it, and may it enter the receiving country? A “yes” to one does not answer the others. If the service declines the item, do not assume a different label or a cheaper line will solve the underlying restriction.
Use current, lawful rules
ZentBuy says its list can change with applicable law and platform notices. Check the latest service notice and the destination country’s customs guidance. Describe goods and their value accurately, and do not use a different label or route to conceal a restricted item. A product shown in this discovery catalog is not a promise that any provider will accept the order or shipment.
